How often, if ever, will I have to go to court during bankruptcy proceedings?

As far as going to court in bankruptcy proceedings, most of the time the only appearance that is necessary is at the 341 meeting or the meeting of creditors. That takes place in every case. At my office, we try to minimize the number of times that someone has to go to court besides that. I can say that very rarely is it that people do have to go to court besides the 341 meeting. It is rare that there are court proceedings during bankruptcy but it does happen.
